CAVALLI SQUARE

Pragma Group acquired the Palladium building located in the TECOM area in Dubai to convert it from a what used to be a conference and concert/performance stage hall to a high end entertainment centre, comprising, of a luxurious boutique hotel, a series of high end fashionable food and beverage outlets, an exclusive signature restaurant and an elite night club in addition to large spa, gymnasium and recreational facilities. CRHI was appointed to project manage this major transformation in the existing building, housing around 26,000m2 of refurbished entertainment space and ancillary facilities.

In additional to the interior transformation, major external facade uplift will also be incorporated making this outlet visually standout using an exotic scheme matching the nature of the new function. The main Piazza of approximately 6,800m2 is meant to be astonishing in a way to leave an impression with the visitors who can enjoy more than 22 outlets of well-known brands.

SAMA BEIRUT

Rising 260 meters above sea level, Sama Beirut Tower is a 50-storey luxury mixed use tower comprising 6 underground floors and with parking for 560 cars. Total built up area is estimated at 80,000 sq.m. The tower will host 58 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 300 to 1,500 sq.m, as well as duplexes and a penthouse. The building plot area is 5,000 sq.m of which only 1,200 sq.m will be occupied by the building footprint, leaving the remainder for landscaping.

Ideally situated at the crossroads of Beirut’s three main districts – namely, Downtown, Hamra and Gemaizeh – Sama Beirut is also a convenient short drive from Rafik Hariri International Airport.

At ground level, the building is designed for the ease and convenience of residents, with a pedestrian passageway linking the tower on Sodeco Street to the main street in Achrafieh. The walkway is interspersed with a multitude of eateries and retail outlets for the benefit of visitors and those living at the tower, allowing for ease of mobility and freedom of movement to and from the building. Also contributing to the vibrant lifestyle offered by Sama Beirut are the additional elite shops located on the ground floor, with the inner courtyard featuring a vast array of restaurants – all of which promote social interaction and add to the enjoyment of the community.

CRHI was commissioned to provide Peer design review for Architectural, Structural and MEP services, for the proposed Tower, as well as to facilitate LEED certification and USGBC submission.

DANA MALL

Campbell Reith Hill were commissioned to project manage a prestigious Shopping Centre located in Ajman with a total built up area of 230,000 sq. ft. plus 180,000 sq. ft. for car parking.

Campbell Reith Hill’s scope of work includes:-
C Design, review and advise the Client for any required amendments.
C Monitoring the progress of work to ensure the implementation of the work

program and completion of project on time.
C Providing the advice for the Client for the contractual matter, if needed.
C Monitoring the project cost and advise for the variation orders and interim

payments.

NATIONAL RECYCLING PARK

National Projects Holding Co. commissioned Campbell Reith Hill to manage the design of a major Recycling Park which is to be located in the centre of the industrial area of Dubai Industrial City (DIC) receiving solid waste from a combined workforce and resident population of 150,000 people.

A Recycling Park is being implemented with the intention of providing facilities to recycle industrial, commercial and household waste generated within DIC such as plastic paper and organic waste.

Campbell Reith Hill International is providing consultancy services associated with:-

  • Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Traffic Impact Assessment, Design of Internal Roads and parking
  • Building Design Services
  • Landscaping

BUS DEPOT & MAINTENANCE CENTRE

Campbell Reith Hill International (CRHi) have been commissioned by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to design state-of-the-art Bus Stations and a Bus Depot in strategic locations within the Dubia city limits.

The Bus Stations, situated in Al Satwa, Al Quoz and Al Karama, constitute a new and unique concept: combining a central bus station with convenience shopping, meeting centres for businesses and entertainment activities, banking facilities, food and beverage outlets and much more. There are 3 main components in each of the Bus Stations; the main building with the passenger and operation facilities; the external yards; and the basement car parking.
The main buildings consisting of underground parking levels, plus two to four levels of office spaces will be leased by RTA and other businesses (for commercial and trading activities). Each Bus Station will accommodate both articulated, double deck and standard buses, with up to 60 buses an hour changing through, serving commuters and transferring passengers. The bus stations have been designed to appeal to passengers, commuters, and neighbourhood residents alike… “adding more splendour to Dubai’s streets and the transport network!”

 

BUS SERVICE STATION

Campbell Reith Hill International (CRHi) have been commissioned by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to design the Bus Depot at Jebel Ali Ind. to include on site accommodation for the staff, catering for both drivers and families, with a convenient neighbourhood commercial centre, mosque and required services.

A washing facility, including manual and automatic bays will ensure clean buses when they roam the city. A refuelling and bus parking operation will effectively manage the bus fleet of regular and articulated buses with ease and smooth circulation, thereby reducing any risk of delay or collision. An air conditioned workshop will be fitted with the latest equipment and tools, meeting high standard of occupancy, safety and comfort.

A modernly designed administration building, with a staff canteen and training facilities will also be provided as part of the Jebel Ali Bus Depot.

AL GHAITH TOWER

Campbell Reith Hill International (CRHI) were commissioned to project manage the construction of this prestigious furnished apartment tower located on plot 15 in Tourist Club Area Sector E15 of the Capital Abu Dhabi, overlooking the new development of Al Reem Island.

CRHI had the task to turn around a slow moving project and revamp the design increasing the accommodation area by more than 10% while keeping the same budget and a tight construction schedule, which was successfully achieved. The project consists of 21 levels including a basement and roof top recreation area covering a built up area of over 12,000 m2.

HOTEL APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Campbell Reith Hill (CRH) were commissioned to project manage two beach front Hotel Apartment buildings at Dubai Water Front in Palm Jebel Ali.

The project objective included:

  • The development project buildings (Hotel Apartments)shall be constructed in Madinat Al Arab – Dubai having a total built up area of 28,000m2.
  • The Hotel Apartment shall house Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedroom Apartments. Special usage facilities include: conference rooms, multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurant, and cafeteria and break room, pantries, private toilets, waitingareas and 2 prayer halls.
  • The two building projects are intended to be unique landmarks for the Desert Group,reflecting a modern identity associated with quality branded hotels.

AL NUJUM HOTEL

Campbell Reith Hill were commissioned to undertake the detail design and supervision of the five star hotel located in Muscat.

The development consist of a luxury five star hotel with 360 key with deluxe rooms and suites as well as chalets. The total built up area is over 53,000 square metres over 8 levels. All rooms enjoy the Indian ocean views and recreational facilities such as a gymnasium, a swimming pool and other ancillary facilities.

The hotel is set to host conference events and exhibitions in its 1,700 square metre ball room.

LAKE PRESERVATION

The International City Lake, commonly referred to as Al Warsan Lake, is a cluster of artificially created wetlands in Al Awir region of Dubai. The lake lies inside the perimeter of the new development of International City to the south of the Dubai-Hatta Road. The lake consists of a number of distinct pools set in a flat desert landscape.
The lake and its neighbouring site is an important habitat for water birds and reeds. There is no regular feed of water to the lake. Water is pumped from the sewage treatment plants.
Campbell Reith Hill was retained in a project management role coordinating the consortium of international consultants where the scope was to enhance the lake and its surrounding and provide a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing conservation area and retain the ornithological importance of it and acquire international recognition of the site.
The site houses a visitors’ centre, public aviary, and recreation park.
