Rising 260 meters above sea level, Sama Beirut Tower is a 50-storey luxury mixed use tower comprising 6 underground floors and with parking for 560 cars. Total built up area is estimated at 80,000 sq.m. The tower will host 58 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 300 to 1,500 sq.m, as well as duplexes and a penthouse. The building plot area is 5,000 sq.m of which only 1,200 sq.m will be occupied by the building footprint, leaving the remainder for landscaping.

Ideally situated at the crossroads of Beirut’s three main districts – namely, Downtown, Hamra and Gemaizeh – Sama Beirut is also a convenient short drive from Rafik Hariri International Airport.

At ground level, the building is designed for the ease and convenience of residents, with a pedestrian passageway linking the tower on Sodeco Street to the main street in Achrafieh. The walkway is interspersed with a multitude of eateries and retail outlets for the benefit of visitors and those living at the tower, allowing for ease of mobility and freedom of movement to and from the building. Also contributing to the vibrant lifestyle offered by Sama Beirut are the additional elite shops located on the ground floor, with the inner courtyard featuring a vast array of restaurants – all of which promote social interaction and add to the enjoyment of the community.

CRHI was commissioned to provide Peer design review for Architectural, Structural and MEP services, for the proposed Tower, as well as to facilitate LEED certification and USGBC submission.
