CRHI has undertaken the development management of a wellness resort, managing the process from conception, sourcing all stake holders, including Architects, wellness operators, marketing specialists, and investors at international level as well as the provincial government. The project is a High-end wellness resort project some 75km north of the city of Bordeaux set around a beautiful 19th century chateau and large modern hospital building. The site comprises 500,000m2 of land complete with woodlands and vineyards, and will boast a convention centre and luxury residences when fully developed.
