CRHI has undertaken the development management of a wellness resort, managing the process from conception, sourcing all stake holders, including architects, wellness operators, marketing specialists, provincial government, and investors at international standard.
The project is a high-end wellness and rejuvenation resort some 75km north of the city of Bordeaux set around a beautiful 19th century chateau and large modern hospital building.
The site comprises 500,000m2 of land complete with woodlands and vineyards, and will boast a convention centre and luxury residences when fully developed.
