CRHI were commissioned to undertake the project management role for Emirates Residence Development in Al Qusais area in Dubai.
The development consists of Basement floor of an approximate area of 5,350 m² as a car parking and utility services area, a ground floor for commercial units and car parking with an approximate area of 4,560 m², six typical floors of residential units with an approximate area of 25,935 m² and a roof floor, with recreational facilities such as a gymnasium, a swimming pool and other ancillary facilities.
The super structure was designed as a braced reinforced concrete frame, on uniform raft foundation.
