Consultant: KEO International Contractor: Al Shaafar Transportation & Contracting Co.
The building has been developed by EREC for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing as end users. The project consists of a basement, ground floor and four floors, located in Al Qusais Area in Dubai.
The total built up area is approximately 14,000 square metres of high end finishes and equipped with the state of the art IT facilities.
Campbell Reith Hill has been commissioned to undertake a the Construction Management role and assist in the structural reviews of design modification elements. The structural d saving time as well. A very high standard of specifications are implemented to execute the work.
